The moment you step inside, it’s like the chaos of Miami disappears — everything is soft, serene, and smells incredible. My treatment was exactly what my body and mind were craving. The therapist was wonderful — super attentive, gentle when needed, strong when it counted, and left me feeling completely rebalanced and relaxed in a way I haven’t in ages. Loved lingering afterward in the quiet lounge with herbal tea and the prettiest little details everywhere you look. The whole place just radiates calm luxury without trying too hard. My boyfriend and I just had one of the best 90-minute massages we’ve ever had (BRICKELL— DUA HOTEL) A huge thank-you to Ested and Stephanie, our amazing masseuses! they were both so kind and professional. Ested even managed to put me to sleep mid-massage (which never happens for me!) that’s how relaxed I was. What I really appreciate is that when you book a massage here, you also get access to their spa amenities. They have separate steam rooms and showers for men and women, plus a beautiful pool area where you can lounge, grab a drink, or dine by the water. Fantastic massage from Daniela! She found all my trouble spots and used deep pressure to work out all the knots, which I greatly appreciated! Her massage technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, exactly what I needed. She’s excellent! I also have to mention Gretel, who checked me in and showed me all the spa amenities.
