EGYM Fitness Denver has completely changed how I feel about going to the gym. Their equipment personalizes my workouts, so I never feel lost or unsure of what to do. It’s helped me get rid of my gym anxiety because everything is tailored to any fitness level. The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive and everyone I have talked to has been so welcoming and great! Plus, being open 24/7 makes it super convenient for any schedule. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a unique and stress-free fitness experience in downtown Denver!

This gym is the best and the way of the future. The vibe is also above and beyond amazing because of Paitra and Bridget! EGYM machines are super beginner friendly, but they provide some really cool features for intermediate / advanced lifters as well. If you want a personalized and fresh gym experience of the future, this is your spot. 5/5 highly recommend!

I LOVE this place!The AI centered workouts take the guess work out of fitness programming. You just input your goals and everything auto calculates for you, from machines, to reps to weights.Also- love the location; right near Union station and across from Whole Foods so it’s the perfect spot to do all the things.The staff is also always available and super friendly- you don’t feel intimidated walking in.And finally- it’s super clean and there are showers and a nice locker room. I feel comfortable and safe while there.
