I was nervous about getting solar panels at first, but after talking to representative Tony Prado I was sold. He explained everything in detail and was ready to answer all our questions. The whole process took less than three weeks from our first appointment to installation. Blue Raven kept us updated on everything that was happening. They pretty much took care of everything from permits, to contacting our HOA, to making sure we filled out all applications for inspections. First off, rating should be/is 4.5 stars! My experience with Blue Raven Solar has been a pretty good one from the beginning and pretty much to the end! My sales rep was great about explaining their company, the process, and allowing us to ask questions. There was no heavy sales pressure like other companies I had dealt with! Day of installation the install crew showed up, as scheduled, and were very communicative about the installation process. The install took a day and half to complete. Crew was very polite, took great care to not damage foliage or house, and cleaned up after they were done! My only suggestion to Blue Raven would be better communication leading up to the day of install, to just let homeowner that everything was on schedule or if weather was going to cause an issue. Next would be a follow up call with homeowner to review the post install process of monthly payments, system inspection, tax credit process, who to contact on in case issues arise, app to monitor
