i’m not even a patient with them but i am remarkably impressed with their front desk staff. i have terrible anxiety + my regular vet was extremely dismissive. i called fairfield hoping to get in and while that wasn’t an option this WONDERFUL woman , Megan , took 25 minutes out of her (i’m sure very busy) day to talk with me , understand what was going on , and help give me further options on who i could call. her patience with my emotional state , and just caring attitude were unmatched. i just wanted to highlight that because i know it probably seemed small , but it was far and beyond what ALL of the other places i called did to help so i can only imagine the quality of care they extend to our pets !! will def be calling again to make them my primary vet! thank you Megan!!
