With so many trends in the world of indoor cycling and fitness that she just wasn't into, she envisioned a place without any bells and whistles. A place where you could come to get in tune with your body instead of a leaderboard. A place without judgment or intimidation or rave lighting, but with really solid playlists and fun, high energy, welcoming instructors motivating and coaching you through.
Apparently, she wasn't the only one who needed this.
One year after opening, Upcycle needed more space to grow.
Relocating to The Grant Building was a massive labor of love -- a historic building that was gutted, redesigned, built for exactly what we do. It gave us more space to add a wider variety of classes [barre, yoga and HIIT] and to provide a good balance of higher and lower intensity options. Within these four walls, we strive to provide classes that help you connect to your body while also connecting with others in the community. Established in 2015. see more
