Maria is by far the best bartender and waitress! Such a beauty and always has the best customer service. The steak is always made to perfection, and I melt in the mashed potatoes every time I eat them. Filet Mignon was prepared to perfection!! The beef is bought local. Absolutely best steak we have had!! The loaded baked potato was divine!! The bacon 😋…yum!!!!! Homemade rolls very good!! Manager surprised us with cheesecake on the house for our Anniversary. What a sweet spot in Lamar, CO!! (Should have taken my photos before we cut into steaks but forgot!)
