I rented a gas auger. The auger messed up after one hole. I called the customer service line and she offered to send a tech out but it was getting dark. I requested a refund and she noted it on my account. When I returned the auger to the Fort Smith location, the guy that helped me was so helpful and appologized for the issue. I was refuned with no issue. I work in service at a tractor dealership and I know how stressful equipment can be. These guys did a great job handling this issue. I will rent here again.

Online reservation process was very easy. Pickup process took less than 5 minutes. The saw was in excellent condition and worked exactly as expected. Return was easy as well, taking less than 5 minutes as well. Staff were very friendly, and I was very pleased to see all the staff wearing masks and social distancing. Will definitely use United Rentals in the future!

Online reservation process was very easy. Pickup process took less than 5 minutes. The saw was in excellent condition and worked exactly as expected. Return was easy as well, taking less than 5 minutes as well. Staff were very friendly, and I was very pleased to see all the staff wearing masks and social distancing.
