Great experience using United Rentals for a scissor lift. We had a maintenance issue and they got it handled in a timely fashion so we were able to keep the job on schedule.Only drawback was the lift was delivered 3 hours earlier than we had requested - we had scheduled it to arrive at a time when we'd actually be able to maximize the rental. Our delivery time was confirmed the day prior and it still came early.

JT Frantz and the rest of the United team did a fantastic job for us over here at Foxfire Development, on a very challenging project in Floyd Hill Colorado at 9000 feet elevation. Before working with United, we had 2 crane companies and heavy freight delivery service that rejected the project quote because they said ‘driveway and roads are too narrow and too steep.’ The decision was made to do it in-house with our team. So we reached out to United Rental. They found a us perfectly sized JCB rough terrain Telehandler with the correct attachments that could pick up this 14,000 pound traffic rated septic system, transport it up an 18% sloped driveway and set it in its newly constructed pit. It was incredible how United worked with us on 4 different weather delays and even delivered it slightly early on the small window we had before the next snowfall.
