I had forgotten that this place was even here. Was looking for a place to go on a date with my wife, put in food near me in Google search bar and Uncork'd was at the top of the list. That was the best food I've eaten since I've moved to Fort Smith and that was 12 years ago. I will be going back, it my go to place from now on. Had a wonderful meal here. The vegetarian board was great. May be the best hummus I’ve had this side of Mediterranean. We tried all the sides and enjoyed them. The roasted corn risotto and roasted Brussels Sprouts were the my fav. My Brother enjoyed his ribeye and my sister loved the lamb and beef meatballs. They also have a nice selection of wines, stouts and ciders.

A good friend loves this place so we decided to go for date night. It did not disappoint!! The atmosphere is amazing! There is cozy outside dining, cozy inside dining, and a live music dining in the main area! Beautifully decorated. Food was OMG!! We tried the refried deviled eggs with sirrachi. A must try if you loved deviled eggs. Go easy on dip if you can’t take a little spice. We split a prime ribeye. It was pretty large. Cooked to perfection! You have to go try !! (Friend said lobster Mac/cheese was perfection.) Eat Well Travel Often

We enjoy Saturday brunch here often. Service is always great, long list of draft beer options to make my own flight, specialty cocktails, & all their egg benedict options are really good (especially the crab & the hot chicken). Recommend making a reservation & it’s 21 & over, just fyi. 👍🏼

My wife and I went here for the first time on a date yesterday. I would definitely recommend Uncork’d for that kind of special occasion. While the service was a tad bit slow at times (especially for a Thursday evening… though the place was pretty full), at least our waitress was very friendly to make up for it. They also sat us at a table for two that had some of the biggest, semi-reclined chairs I’ve ever seen in a restaurant (and not on someone’s back porch 😄). The beers and cocktail we ordered were better than average (they have a huge selection of both), and the food was excellent and clearly made with both love and very high-quality ingredients (e.g. I could really taste the subtle “mushroomy” quality in the truffle oil they used to fry our fries). It was some of the tastiest food bite-for-bite that I’ve had in a long time, and definitely one of those meals that you want to eat slowly and really savor! Got lucky on a Friday night and was able to get a seat without a reservation. It was outside on the patio, which was very comfortable. Food was fantastic and the drinks were great as well. Recently home in Fort Smith got a chance to visit this restaurant I’ve heard so much about. I have to say every thing was good. Food came out hot and full of flavor. My server was Grant really nice and offered great service. Oh and did I mention I knew the head chef 🧑🏽‍🍳 that was a plus.
