Did a good job of giving me back my phone after it been in water. Only four stars because I didn't receive a receipt and I didn't ask for it since I got distracted by his sales pitch for the insurance program. They now have. Just hoping it comes out correct on my credit card. I think he may have been a new employee as he was very slow in the morning and I finally had to ask him to get some more help out

I know im late typing this review for my bro but Shoutouts to my brother Alex down at UBreakIFix 🔥💪🏾🫡👍🏿‼️ Had an Overheating PC and he helped me out big time...He's great at what he does and he gets you taken care of and he's got his heart in it for helping people with their tech issues!! He communicates, gives you advice, and just outright very kind and friendly.. Be patient with him and let him take care of you and youll be happy in the end.. I have been having trouble getting my phone my charge. He looked at right when I walked in and he immediately knew what was going on. Cleaned it and got it charging again in under 5 minutes. No hoops, paperwork or problems. Appreciate it greatly!

Roman is the man. I brought in my Samsung Flip 6 to get the inner screen protector replaced, you can't just slap a regular one on these because of the folding screen. Roman knew exactly which specific type it needed and installed it perfectly. No bubbles, and it looks like it just came out of the box. Highly recommend him if you have a foldable phone that needs care.

Just got home from the New Market loc...Andrew was really nice to a very tired and potentially frantic me w a much relied upon laptop that suddenly lost its mind. It was embarrassingly simple to solve, less than 5 min, and didn't charge. I'm super relieved. I would offer 5 stars if I actually had a 'problem' lol. Thanks, Andrew!

The men at uBreakiFix were excellent. They gave me specific ideas of what might need to be done, told me the amount of time and the price. I was happier than if I'd had a new phone. The other store down the street had told me by some ignorant guy that he did not know how to fix my phone and I would need to buy a new phone, which I had had less than a year. Thank you so much for your expertise. If I get my phone messed up again or get a virus, or need an accessory, I'll call Andrew K. and the rest of the crew.
