Blake and Bones rock! I came by for a screen protector. There was a customer in front of me with a more complex issue. The store started to fill. These guys were patient and polite and resolved the issues of each customer. It was an exemplary customer experience that I much appreciated. Great job!

These guys are phenomenal. 👍The guys that assisted me: Blake, Lee, Reed and Bones were respectful, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Blake has the magic touch when it comes to an IPad that won’t wake up. They explain to non-tech people in a way we understand. My dealings with them, as well as watching them deal with others was exceptional. They are patient and understanding whether on the phone or in the store. I would definitely recommend the Trussville location. I would give them 20+ stars if I could. ❤️

The experience was one of a kind. Wasn’t much to it but be prepared to make sure you have your IMIE, I think I said that right. LOL. Other than finding that they were really nice and it didn’t take long to fix. I definitely recommend you have a warranty protection for these high devices we pay for and I definitely recommend them.
