Couple this with our short wait times and our facility’s ability to handle 90% of emergency cases, we’re your ideal choice for emergency, imaging, clinical, pediatric, occupational, and outpatient care. We hope you never need our services but if you do, we’re here for you; no matter what. That’s a promise you can count on. We accept all commercial insurance policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept all government insurances including, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE & AHCCCS.

Someone Somewhere
I was greeted when I entered the building. My ailments wouldn't allow me to fill my paperwork out immediately but they understood. I received an ID bracelet in the lobby within minutes, saw a nurse within 10 min, a doctor within 20 min, and was getting discharged an hour and a half later. I received a very detailed, and informational folder with my discharge instructions. Even the cup for water they gave me was very nice of them. It turned blue when filled with ice. Their motto fits the bill, "A New Level of Care".

Had an emergency with daughter & reviews were good here. The reception was great, intake & triage happened within 20 minutes. Staff took me back to my daughter (adult) as soon as triage was done. The nurse and doctor addressed every medical need & answered all questions and kept us there for required post procedures observation & then sent us on our way with instructions, professionalism & courtesy. The facility is extremely clean & organized. On site security just in case (Tucson). We were in and out within 1-1/2 hours. So impressed with everything & everyone.

I am very grateful for the experience I had at Tucson ER & Hospital.I went in with severe belly pain on a Sunday. The staff and nurses were extremely compassionate, accommodating, kind, professional, efficient, and very quick at helping me whenever I ask for anything. They also communicated very well letting me know what to expect next. Dr. Kay assessed my situation quickly and ordered a CT scan and bloodwork which was done at the ER. Dr. Kay went over the results, gave me recommendations for follow up, and gave me some very practical ideas of what to do next. Happily, it wasn't anything awful. We were in and out of there in a little over two hours. I'm very impressed with the facility, staff, nurses and doctor. I highly recommend Tucson and Hospital. This is what medicine should be.
