It's nice to see a local bakery replace the Starbucks on 16th Street. The Broadway store has a wider selection but there are good options at the downtown location. The molasses cookie is outstanding and savory croissants are delicious. I also like the mushroom pull apart but recently I ordered one and the center was underbaked. When I brought it back to the cashier she seemed unapologetic and said it might be cheese and noone else had complained. She would not confirm if the doughy, moist middle was normal. She offered to replace it but remained skeptical it was under done. Another employee looked at it and told me that maybe it hasn't risen enough. I chose another item. When I returned to my table my husband had left the last of his pull apart because it wasn't baked thoroughly but more of his item was baked so he didn't think it was worth taking back. I'm still giving this place a 4 because flavors are delicious despite this anomalous visit with underbaked center and the nonchalant c

Stopped in for an easy breakfast before a day of exploring Denver. My spiced apple cider was delicious, but the fruit tart slice was a standout! The fruit was so fresh and the dough was perfectly baked. Someone even said they wished they'd gotten it because it looked so good! I'd definitely come back to try some of the other pastries and menu items! Staff were very kind and personable and the space is nice and comfy. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Atmosphere: 5/5Wait timeNo wait

The pull apart croissant with bacon and cheese have an Italian taste twist that’s delightful and the breakfast croissant with bacon is as delicious as they promised.
