I have had many experiences at different bike shops from here, down the PNW, and in other countries. The Trek Store has not only gone above and beyond in customer service, but getting a bike fitting with Andy exceeded all expectations. Everyone here is so friendly and genuinely happy to talk about bikes, no matter your experience or lack of. Best bike shop in Alaska! 10 stars!

Just the best in customer service that I have ever ever experienced. Bill’s the friendliest and most pleasant owner and he truly cares about his customers , his staff is also super knowledgeable and polite. Love everyone at this store. Deserves 10 stars and A+++.

Anchorage Trek is the best bike shop in Alaska, and quite possibly one of the best in the United States. The store is spacious with an incredible variety of bikes, and the staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly—like old friends welcoming you in. I may not remember every name, but every person there left a lasting impression on me with their warmth and willingness to help. While I didn’t end up completing my ride in Alaska, I later set off from Halifax and eventually made it all the way to Houston. The kindness and support I experienced at Anchorage Trek will always stay with me. Truly a remarkable place for any cyclist.
