Tracey Kleber, Master Travel Consultant, has hit another amazing cruise vacation out of the park! From our flight to Miami, accommodation in Miami to our cruise, everything was perfect. Tracey is attentive to our needs, extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. We have gone from newbies to Diamond Plus with Royal Caribbean thanks to Tracey. We appreciate you very much!!

I’m glad I reached out to Nada some 7 years ago and planned a group trip through her. In fact, as of today, I have completed 6 group trips (each ranging from 22-35 people) through her, and each one has been special and memorable, catered toward the particular needs of each group. If something goes wrong, as inevitably happens when with so many people (someone gets sick or is late causing delay), Nada steps up to her plate and adjusts our tours and schedule. She is incredibly responsive and answers each and every text and call with attention to detail. I do not shy away from recommending all of my friends, family, & colleagues to Nada, and I will continue to do so, knowing I’m in excellent hands.

This was our first time using a travel agent. Michyl helped us plan our spa getaway to Palm Springs and was amazing every step of the way. Most important to us, because we were arriving from different states, was arriving around the same time. Michyl got us both landing in Palm Springs within 40 minutes of each other . All questions were answered in a timely manner. Activities were planned perfectly. We will definitely use the Travel Store for our next vacation .
