I started planning a surprise 60th Birthday trip for my husband, but was getting confused with destinations, costs and ideas. Talked with Joe, Pauline and Felicia at Plaza Vacations. They helped me figure out the cost differences amongst different destinations and areas more suited to our tastes. Joe helped plan a trip to an all-inclusive, adults only resort to Cancun and it wasn't easy because I had to change the dates a couple of times and watch my budget - Joe was VERY patient and accommodating to my apprehensions and requests. Once booked, Joe helped with setting up the excursion. Worst part is that due to some unexpected health issues, we have had to cancel three days before the trip. I called Joe after trying to research an all inclusive vacation myself for my wife's 40th birthday and getting overwhelmed with the number of choices and scenarios needed from finding the right location, booking the right room to booking the airfare as well. Joe was able to research many different choices that met our specifications in order to find the perfect spot we were looking for. Once we had picked the destination he booked everything for us and also booked five other couples as well. Room, airfare, transportation to hotel were all taken care of as well as some extra amenities when we arrive. If I could give 10 stars I defiantly would. Joe and Fun jet Vacations was tremendously awesome during our vacation that was ended due to Hurricane IRMA . Me and my husband went to the Virgin Islands in celebration of our 10 year wedding anniversary which ended terribly. We felt as if Joe was one our family members that was also trying to get us home, after the power came back on at the resort I called Joe to tell him what had happened and that we were safe, the first thing he said was I tried calling the resort phone to check on you guys that right there made us feel so thankful to have someone that cared. My husband and I had a great experience with Joe at Plaza Vacations! We had our dream honey moon planned for the Caribbean and Hurricane Mathew had a different idea. Our resort was closed. The day after our wedding Joe came through planning a entire new trip. Will and I had a fabulous honeymoon in Maui. Joe worked hard to get it arranged.
