I try to incorporate natural movement patterns mimicking the tasks that we must perform on a daily basis in our lives.
Everyone has different strengths and limitations, but working within a client’s individual ability level is key to progression, not regression. No one wants to look or feel older than they are. Living an active lifestyle keeps you young both in body and mind.
I have recently partnered with a team of fitness professionals to offer a series of 12 online fitness programs. These programs range 3-8 weeks long, and each provides a comprehensive, detailed presentation by our fitness specialist Ro Little. Each program is $59 and is available in an instant download to use anywhere. Use at home or at your local gym, each has modifications, and if you have questions, I am a phone call or email away! Established in 2019. I am a certified personal trainer with the National Association of Sports Medicine. I have training in CPR/AED. I have several hours of training surrounding health and fitness techniques and workout designs to meet the individual needs of most clients.
