My husband and I highly recommend Taylor Davis as an architect. We were originally referred to Taylor by good friends and we spent much time before the project started discussing our goals with Taylor. The discussions before and during the process of renovations were helpful to us as we both felt comfortable making the necessary changes using her expertise and knowledge; she nailed it with her suggestions and design plan! We live in a very old home and she helped us achieve the functional aspects needed to achieve our goals to enjoy both the old feel and the new modern feel. We asked Taylor Davis to help us determine feasibility to turn a screen porch into a sunroom and replace a very old deck. She designed a beautiful room and deck which have now been completed. The existing house flows into the new room as if it's always been there. The deck is supported with sturdy brick columns and built of composite material. A new railing and stairs, also composite, complete the project. We are pleased and enjoy the room every day.
