Called talked with John quick to find part on computer verified stock. Went in ask for John took care of me and let me know the part number I got from my snow blower manual had been changed to new part number. Asked about the show room model of the new Tracked Ariens snow blower answered what I was curious about well I plan on picking one up when I budget the funds for it. So let me thank John and Totem Equipment for excellent service!🇺🇸

Not gonna lie, never used these guys but there was a guy on the side of the hwy with a totem truck helping another person with their flat tire this morning and if that's a totem owner/employees character than you're obviously an admirable company and someone I would hire!!!
