Chef John prepared a super delicious meal and was so professional to work with!! He not only has my approval, but the other 14 individuals he served at our party. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sea bass the best I’ve ever tasted!!! Chef John and his crew provided just what we needed for our special celebration. He was very responsive and flexible with our evolving needs. We would definitely call on him again for our next special occasion meal! I’m sad I did not take photos…too busy eating and savoring the food!
