Dylan and Colton.... WOW!!personable, knowledgeable, efficent and amazing.Price is very good, a little under once you add in the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!I submitted a request for service form online and within an hour, Stephanie gave me a call and spoke with me about the issues I was having and was able to schedule a service call very quickly. I very much appreciated the confirmation emails and "on the way" emails...lots of communication!Dylan and Colton were very professional when they arrived. They introduced themselves and gave me a chance to talk about the issue from my own words. They jumped right in and immediately figured out multiple issues with my unit. The way they spoke to me about those issues was like a human conversation and not like a salesperson. We talked also talked about the maintenance program (btw, HIGHLY recommend... its an amazing value!) All conversations with both those gentlemen were so easy that I didn't even blink an eye when signing up for the maintenance

Bryan at Tom’s Heating & Air Conditioning made a sad very Hot couple of days Way Better for me. My service man, Bryan was knowledgeable, communicated so that I could understand, replaced the broken parts… and the extra mile was when there was an additional problem. He was sent out as soon as the schedule allowed. My unit is back up and running. I feel like it was money well spent… this granny doesn’t do Heat Wave’s without a running air conditioner!! …I had a positive experience with after hours phone service and a positive experience with two office personnel. Parting with money when I’m already hot & upset is hard… in this experience I feel like I received value as a customer.From: Happy “much cooler” Granny!
