I don't want to cause a problem for Paul at the North Little Rock branch, nor do I need to have the flowers replaced or credited. I was happy with every part of ordering flowers and going over with Paul what kinds my mom really likes that I could get on my budget. But I also did tell him when we started that she's a Master Gardener and that filler was a no-no with her, so absolutely no filler. Nonetheless, this photo of the irises she got shows quite a bit of filler crowded in there--messy, unnecessary, and it detracts from the elegant statement the irises would make on their own.

Sadly, my Grandma recently passed. I was such a mess when I called to order flowers. I had a specific style of arrangement I wanted to send. Ms.Velva was so kind and helpful.❤️Ikebana means “as in nature”. For many years, my Grandma had an Ikebana floral arrangement picture book on her coffee table. Every time I visited my Grandma, we’d look at every page together.The arrangement Tipton Hurst made was just what I wanted. The designer is obviously beyond knowledgeable and talented.I asked for a clipping of the willow to be sent to me. They were happy to fulfill my special request.Thank you, for helping me feel close to my Grandma. ❤️

I've been here several times and never had a bad experience. Each florist handles your selected flowers with care and will listen to what and how you want the flowers to be placed and even to the ribbon.I think the one thing I would like to be seen or added is color or multi color wrapping paper like solid yellow or orange etc. As in I could have the option to have purple color wrapping paper if I were to get a bundle of roses because red and purple could be a romantic setting or the person's favorite color. It would insinuate the colors of the flowers.

It is always a pleasant experience going into the new and improved store in NLR now. Over the past several years I’ve shopped some in this location, living in Cabot made it convenient. Seen several managers come and go. NOW… OMG it is impressive what a difference Carol has made!! Before it was kinda cluttered and lacking. The outlet. Carol is totally a people person and it’s genuine. The shop although smaller than the Heights now feels inviting and put together as much as Heights location. Carol and Pam make a great team! Finally we have a quality florist/gift shop on this side of the River.Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience shopping with the staff early morning. I found an unusual piece that intrigued me and asked what I could do with it. I had a picture frame matching the stain color but was clueless on how to decorate it. They suggested placing some necklaces and braclets on it. It turned out amazing and I would have never thought of it without the staff. I also purchased the beautiful Silver Trees 50% off that I plan to view year round.Thank you to the wonderful staff at North Little Rock’s Tipton & Hurst for your vision.

January 5, 2026:Carol was very kind and so helpful with getting the right arrangement for me and my church member! She made sure the arrangement was just what I wanted and it was so beautiful! The staff is wonderful here!Bailee, floral designer, was so friendly and kind went I entered the store. She made a beautiful arrangement for my family and was so sweet and accommodating during a difficult time. She is awesome!Update: went to this florist again on November 15, 2024 and Jennifer created a beautiful arrangement for a funeral. She made the bouquet with such thought and kindness! And Pam assisted me with getting a card created and was so helpful and kind! They both were amazing!

The staff were incredibly nice, patient, and really knowledgeable. I came in with just a rough idea of what I wanted, and they helped me create the perfect custom bouquet. They took the time to explain different flower options and colors, and made sure everything looked beautiful together. You can tell they truly care about their work and their customers. I had some flowers delivered today for my son’s GF. I live out of town and ordered them over the phone. Not only did I have to switch delivery locations at the last minute but I had to know at what time they were delivering them so that I could ensure someone would be home to receive them! The process was seamless, the price was reasonable and the people were incredibly kind to work with from start to finish! I will be back!
