What an amazing once in a life experience! I got two charms I feel so blessed my sales person was so nice ! I got to eat at the blue box cafe wonderful time ! So happy. Angel on the 7th floor so nice with the water ! So happy I got to experience more in the store my second time !

It was my first time in NYC and my wife and I decided to get matching bracelets. Our sales person Jane was amazing and very helpful. My wife and I decided to get matching Venetian Link Bracelets. At lunch, we realized my bracelet didn’t have the Tiffany’s trademark charm on it so we went back and the manager, Shamy spent time with us looking at all the extra large bracelets and realize none of the XL have them so she was able to talk to the jeweler, and the jeweler added one for us. The landmark store was very helpful and amazing. We cannot praise them enough. They really made our trip special with their outstanding customer service.
