About Throwback Fitness
Throwback builds camaraderie through our nostalgic and team-based events centered on FUN. At our Field Day, Virtual Recess, and Office Color War events, participants work with their teammates to achieve a common goal like winning a game of capture the flag, answering pop culture-related trivia games or solving puzzles. Activities are highly customizable and designed to fit all levels and age groups. It’s recess for everyone! Our roots are as a fitness studio in NYC. And while clients have the option to incorporate our old-school workout vibes into their event, we have dozens of non-athletic activities that are fun for all.
