I’ve recently joined The Vitality Place and I can not say enough positive things about this studio! The barre classes and cardio dance classes have been super fun while getting an amazing workout! The instructors are super nice, very knowledgable, and well trained. They offer modifications when needed and are super encouraging! If you are searching for a welcoming, positive, and friendly environment to workout look no further!

I am a 60+ woman , I have been taking fitness class's at Vitality for over a year now.. My daughter and daughter in law take the fitness classes also .My 10 year old Granddaughter is a dance student.What a great group of women that teach the fitness classes .. They are young and beautiful…beyond this , they are professional, informative, friendly and caring. Willing to adjust moves to fit everyone's needs.Being an older woman there is no feeling of intimidation (which I was nervous about).Nicole the owner takes pride in her studio and the classes they offer. She is always available to answer questions in person, or with prompt responses to messages by text or telephone.This is the place to come for dance lessons and fitness training..no matter what your age!!

What can I say about this dance studio other than amazing!! If you’re looking for a little one to learn the art of dance you must check them out the owner Nicole and all of the teachers are just so great. My daughter has been a student there going on 4 years and has grown so much as dancer. The staff is so friendly and the communication is great.
