Had to wait a little bit to get my girlfriends Tacoma in but I have to say that it was worth it. Thought the wheel bearing was going out and the shop confirmed that was the case. However, upon picking up the truck after payment, it was apparent that the issue still persisted. We gave them a call back and they were able to get us back in quickly and realized they had replaced the wrong side. They took care of the side that was worn out no problem and free of charge. They were fairly priced and ultimately took care of the customer and made sure that their vehicle was good to go. It's hard to find shops these days that don't overcharge, markup parts to extreme margins, lie to you about what service is needed, etc. and this shop did none of those things. We will be taking the Tacoma back for service there as long as we have it and as long as the Toy shop has their doors open. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Greg, Amy, and Rick worked within my budget and made my 4runner presentable again. So grateful and thankful. The ToyShop team is patient and takes the time to answer your questions. I highly recommend ToyShop if you are looking for a fair price and want to work with good people!

I can't thank the team at The Toy Shop enough! I had a very weird and sporadic issue with my ABS brakes going off randomly in my Rav4 while driving which was incredibly scary and dangerous. It would cause the car to think it was slipping and brake out of nowhere. This was also so hard to diagnose because it would be miles and miles before it would happen and be undrivable until turning the car off and on. Amy and Greg went WAY above and beyond and took the time to diagnose the car and kept it with them until they could have the issue happen again. Most other shops would never have done this and simply would have dismissed it until I could show them the issue first hand. I am so very grateful they took the time to help find and fix the issue and highly recommend them to everyone! They have a new life long customer and my family and I will never go anywhere else.
