Miranda was eager to help us find a house cleaner in a timely manner, even though it was a holiday weekend. She was excellent with her communication skills and very polite. I spoke with Thomas on the phone and he did a great job of communicating with me prices and times as well as when the cleaners will get there and what they will do. I was moving out of my rental and contacted Sparkle Squad very last minute. About 4 days before the end of my lease. The scheduling process was very easy and online and I chose the move out cleaning. They responded very quick the next day. Told me the name of the person coming to clean and asked what specific areas i wanted them to pay extra attention too. The day of the appointment Mercedes came on time and was very sweet! I really appreciate her hard work and would totally use Sparkle Squad again. Thank you guys so much!
