I took my laptop to GroupMicro computers two days ago. They replaced the LCD of My Macbook pro 2011 and also recovered my data. The price is cheaper than many other stores. It took 2 days for data recovery and 2 hours for LCD replacement. Also, they gave me one iPhone 6 case for free. I really recommend this place if you have any iPhone or laptop repair.Thank you guys.

After their technician fixed my laptop it now runs 200% faster! I stopped by Group Micro earlier today to get a quote on replacing the front panel of my iPhone 6 and Sevada couldn’t be more helpful. He quoted me a fair price and told me it would take 30 minutes. It hadn’t even been 20 minutes and I was already on my way out with what looked like a brand new phone. His team did an amazing job. Don't go anywhere else!

After calling several store, I came here to fix my Macbook. Sevada and his team was really nice and helpful. They also try the best they can to save my money rather than suggest me to change something that I don't need. Overall, awesome job, quick service, and very reasonable price. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! I absolutely shattered my screen and they replaced it flawlessly, fixing prior LCD problems I had as well. All within 30 minutes! The owner is super nice, and most places charge way over what they ask. Definitely 5 stars! They also do iphone data recovery, if you ever drop your phone in water or anything!

I am a UCLA student and this place is just a 20 minute walk. The screen on my iPhone 6 was unresponsive to touch and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes. They also give a warranty on the screen, which is very useful. Would recommend.

I really appreciate the customer service that Group Micro had. I needed my computer (MacBook Pro) battery fixed ASAP due to water damage. The people here are so kind and helpful and called me as soon as my computer was fixed and gave me a really good estimate of how much it would be. If I had gone anywhere else to fix my computer it would have been way more than $700 but the good people of Micro Group fixed it for half the price. Amazing everything, saw no problem at any point. 11/10 would recommend.

Got iPhone 7 rear camera replaced for $82. They were able to finish it in under an hour and the camera works as good as new! They even told me that if it didn’t work properly, they’d give me a new one free of charge.Don’t be concerned with initial impressions of the shop; they do a great job and are very helpful for very fair prices!

I had an incredible experience at Group Micro! I am a student at UCLA and I obviously don't have enough money to afford repairs from Apple. This store ended up fixing my M1 Macbook Air trackpad along with my iPhone 13 Pro Camera for a FRACTION of Apples cost.On top of the fair yet incredible prices, their service is insanely fast. They repaired my camera in less than 20 minutes, and it took them roughly a day to fix my trackpad.They do NOT replace your parts with cheaper alternatives, they hand select parts from other MacBooks and they will even offer if you want to resort to a cheaper alternative if you can't afford their original price. Take note of this because a lot of stores will offer you cheap parts!Their consultation is completely free, and Sevada is honestly so kind to all of his customers. I highly recommend Group Micro if you need to get your things fixed.AVOID the Apple store, avoid the UCLA's store insane $65 consultation, don't even both with the Geek squad, and let this

I’m a student at UCLA and my water bottle spilt in my bag, rendering my Macbook useless a few days before a big presentation, and technician Kevin was able to fix it in a little more than 24 hours! My laptop is as good as new, and my browser even still had all the same tabs open.Reasonable and transparent prices, they explained the cost to me when asked, and their expert service is fast and reliable.
