Called PC Friend on a Sunday over to Woodland Hills to see if they could help me recover my emails that I deleted. Unfortunately we couldn't recover them, but they were able to help me with other issues. I'm in a senior living facility, so it was very convenient for them to come see me. So grateful.

My Mom first met Brandon when he worked at 365 Laptop Repair, then we he went on his own I started sending my laptops to him at PC Friend. I've bought refurbished laptops from him, and they are always above, and beyond in quality. Got my iMac fixed, and Brandon installed iMovie, so I can edit movies. Now I'm set.

Took my son's Gaming Computer to PC Friend a few months ago, and they did such a great job updating, and making it faster. They even delivered it back to me when I couldn't get away from working at home. Now my work computer was giving me issues, so I took it over there, and they Optimized my OS which I really needed since being purchased. So great not having to worry about Tech issues with PC Friend around. I just drop it off, and forget my worries.
