I have had a passion for physical fitness since my teens, starting out as a runner and then moving on to body building. I was an overweight child with a bad metabolism and I know how much it can do for your self esteem to look good and feel good. As my training went on, I began to study Pilates, finding it the perfect companion to traditional resistance training.
