Established in 1967. The Club was founded in 1965 as the Bellport Area Community Action Committee, Inc., (BACAC). In 1996, we affiliated with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) as Boys & Girls Club of the Bellport Area. BGCA is a national organization of local chapters serving over three million young people across the U.S. and on military bases around the world. We are a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization serving children ages 5 to 19 throughout the South Shore community in Suffolk County, Long Island
