We offer a variety of Group Fitness classes - some of which you cannot find anywhere else in the area, including Les Mills BodyPump, BodyBalance, BodyCombat, and BodyStep; BARRE; we HIIT; Light Aerobics; Yoga; and Zumba. Expand your horizons and join us for In-Person and Live Stream classes, In-Person Personal Training, and Small Group Training for TRX Suspension and TRX RIP Training.
We also offer Osteoporosis Programs, Health/Nutrition Coaching and CPR/AED/First Aid training courses.
Not yet comfortable with In-Person or Live stream classes? Current class schedule does not work for you? No worries - we have you covered with our extensive On-Demand Digital Ecosystem! Established in 2010. The Aerobics and Fitness Studio was originally established to fill a void in the community. Specializing in what we did best, we focused on offering a variety of aerobics and fitness classes that were not available anywhere else in the area. We also offered CPR/AED/1st Aid training courses. Later, we added Personal Training and Nutrition/Health Coaching. Perhaps most importantly, we worked hard to cultivate a strong sense of community that still exists today.
Our current offerings include In-Person, Livestream, and On-Demand classes and allow you the opportunity to improve your cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. We have carefully selected a diverse, well-educated, highly qualified, and experienced team of fitness professionals who are committed to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Their passion for teaching, enthusiasm, and genuine interest in each and every one of our participants is unsurpassed.
