A lifesaver. A business saver actually. Skilled, determined, fast. Unsuccessfully elsewhere, it took me 30 days and the purchase of an unnecessary external hard drive to NOT solve a software problem regarding a migration issue.David found a solution in one day.I had no more hope left until I tripped upon him and Technology Revealed. He (and Kathy) drilled into the problem and wouldn’t quit until it was resolved. He’s sorted out what Apple Inc. could not, nor two other (slooow) Apple repair shops. One apple repair shop charged me more money than David did for NOT fixing the problem, so I don’t know where the expensive indicator on a previous review on TR is coming from. David even speed-learned QuickBooks to straighten me out.I wouldn’t think of going any place else again. I have so many Apple devices. Honest evaluation, fair price estimate given up front, before doing any work, expert advice on hardware purchases - that were not made from Technology Revealed - they advised as to what to buy for my needs. David is great and knows his way around Macs. All the other staff I talked with worked with were professional and very helpful. This company is impressive! In response to a dilemma that I had created, they were able to recreate and reload software that could not be installed on my current Mac onto an older Mac I had and now I have access to years of data that otherwise would have been lost. From my initial contact with Corey, continuing contact with Jason, and most recently with David, everyone has been responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. If you are a retired home user like me, their support has been a godsend! I highly recommend their services.
