My husband and I have been dealing with Advantage Insurance since we bought a house last May to be close to our grandchildren. We chose Advantage Insurance on the advice of our son, who already had a policy with them. He liked the fact that you can call directly and speak with a person, who answers the phone, instead of having to navigate an artificial intelligence phone menu.We have specifically dealt with Christian Pineda (Chris), who helped set up our original policy, provided documentation later (when we couldn’t find our copy), and most recently, helped us adjust our policy to change the coverage - something he did right in the phone call, then emailed a .pdf policy update within minutes of ending our call. I can’t say enough how much we appreciate working with Chris, and his whole team at Advantage Insurance - we recommend them highly, and without reservation.ServicesHomeowners insurance
