They also used to educational dinners. I really enjoyed attending those events; however, due Covid-19, the dinner program has been suspended. Looking forward to attending those again! There is one area I'd like to see improvement, and that is not being able to speak directly with a representative. I usually have to leave a message. In a perfect world, I would prefer to speak to a representative versus leaving a message for a call back. Again, a good experience this first year and a half.
