The Staples Store on Nampa, ID 83651, December 21st, the gentleman was extremely helpful in the shipping department in processing our package that we were sending to our son. It was extremely busy but the New York accent gentleman was the star, very knowledgeable, caring and very efficient in the task. He made the experience very pleasant and left us with a smile on our faces. As we left Staples there were at least 10 behind us and it didn't faze him at all!!!
