We visited the Ashley store today and was immediately greeted by someone with an amazing personality. From the moment we walked in, Katerra was welcoming, cheerful, and made us feel right at home. She made sure we were well taken care of and understood exactly what we were looking for. Katerra took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. We had great conversations and laughed together as if we were old friends. She was very detailed and extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked. Right away, she helped reassure us and made the entire process comfortable, which made it easy for us to trust her even more. By the end of our visit, it truly felt like we had gained more than just a great shopping experience, it felt like we had made a friend! We walked away knowing we had an amazing experience. We had a wonderful experience at the Ashley store in Augusta! Our sales associate Olina was attentive and listened to what we were looking for and even helped us try to find better options online. Explained everything from start to finish and didn't try to pressure us into something we were not looking for. She was very knowledgeable and took her time.
