Amazing staff. Our gentlemen was so understanding and courteous. He explained everything to my momma multiple times and never seemed put out by it. I have found most (90%) of places want to hurry her and seem so rushed they don't take the time to make sure she understands and is comfortable with her purchase. T made it simple and enjoyable to shop and be silly with my mom. It is the little things that mean so much with her. Thank you for being such an amazingly beautiful person!

This store has an amazing customer service team!! My sofa arrived damaged, and the ladies working at this location were so kind and helpful in helping me get it fixed. They repaired my sofa and got it back to me in a week with no extra charge. There was always great communication over the phone, and I will be keeping Ashley Furniture in mind for future purchases :)
