I think it's strange how Barnes & Noble struggle in other places. This one on Milwaukee is always busy and buzzing. I was simply astonished for as long as the check out line was that it only took about 7 minutes to checked out. They have great help throughout the store as well.

It's an older store and a bit dated, but I still prefer it over the cramped layout of the newer Barnes and Nobles. There's a coffee shop inside and plenty of books, games, and accessories to choose from. Overall, a good place to browse for books.

Great atmosphere but I always get lost when looking for a specific author. They are listed alphabetically but they also have sections in between that are not alphabetical. I think its supposed to highlight a specific genre or something but it can get confusing. It takes me twice as long as I think it should to find a specific book.

The best Barnes and Noble I've ever been to. Others just don't match the ambiance and chill vibes of this one. I love the Starbucks cafe in the middle. I've found cozy places to read in here and stayed for hours, but generally leave with new books anyway. There's also tons of other stuff here: toys, board games, gifts. I love coming here when I have time to waste.

I spent a few hours in the Boise store with my son yesterday. It was great! The store is huge, organized nicely, clean and friendly people all around. There are sitting areas, a coffee shop, gift sections and plenty of books to choose from. The prices are a little high, but with audio books being an option these days, I am happy to still have paper books still available. Hopefully with recycled paper ;)

Truly the best Barnes & Noble and the best staff! I came looking for a book, and they will do EVERYTHING they can to find it. It was busy and the store was a little messy this round (not usual for this location, but it's holiday season and hardback deal season) and they went above and beyond to search for what I needed. This location offers comfort and class, something I really appreciate when doing some peaceful book shopping.

P.S. coffee and snacks inside! Visit or miss out! Great rainy day (or any), hang out! Oh yeah, did I mention,I love this place?! Lol

Syd and I love this place. Staff is great and Starbucks is always clean and always fully filled with products I love. They also have so many deals here and so many items besides books. You should come and and spend a few hours, I’m sure you’ll walk out with something cool!
