Kenya is extremely professional and I always feel comfortable and at peace when she is on shift. She keeps the atmosphere of the Laundry safe so that it is a wonderful experience for patrons. She does not allow loitering in or outside of the Laundromat. I appreciate her and prefer washing and drying my clothes only when she's working. Other employees don't take steps to deter loitering in and outside of the facility which leads to customers feeling uncomfortable and being harassed.

I have never been to a public laundromat before but I had a fantastic experience at this laundromat! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to use. What really stood out was the store manager, Ms. Mathis. She was absolutely great and incredibly helpful. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly while I was there and not just for me. They were helpful and pleasant to everyone. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and it made the whole visit stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I told her that this was my first time doing laundry. She was very polite, pleasant and very helpful to me. She explained how the washers and dryers works and she explained to me how to purchase and add money to my laundry card. Frequent Guest Review: I have been using this location for laundry services for years. Self service or wash dry and fold my clothes have always came out better than they went in. Any time I have had an issue with a machine it has been corrected, and I haven’t had a machine issue is years. Recently started using the wash dry and fold services, even on there busiest day (ex: New Years Eve) they do not disappoint. I was told the amount of clothes would lead to us getting them back early on the 2nd, and I was fine with that. Tell me how I got a text message while still recovering from a great night out for the New Year saying my clothes were ready !? The attendance are always sweet AND professional. Until I get a house with my own washing and dryer, I’ll be coming here.

I had such a great experience at Speed Queen Laundry on Headland Dr. While I was waiting for my new washer and dryer to be delivered, I started coming here to do my laundry, and it has been a pleasant surprise every time. A special shoutout to Sharnise (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. She took the time to give me a full tour of the machines, explained how everything works, and walked me through the pricing. She also showed me how to get a laundry card and easily add funds to it, which made the whole process simple and stress-free. The machines are clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for, which makes a big difference. I also appreciated being able to log into the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to get work done while my clothes were washing. Another thing I really noticed was the atmosphere.
