I needed to purchase ink for printer and the employee immediately helped me. The employee compared the in-store prices with the online prices. Asked, if I had an award card and if I needed anything else like printer paper. Overall, instead just purchasing just one ink cartridge, I purchased the multi pack cartridges which cost effect.

Had a very last minute Xmas print needed for my daughter. I arrived short on time and inept at getting the team there the correct file. The gentleman working the printing center was incredibly kind and thoughtful, ensuring I got my small print job taken care of swiftly. He never gave me a hard time for being so last minute despite how very busy they were. I am grateful for his Christmas kindness!
