It was hard to get an appointment. I called several times and left messages. No one called me back. I finally called the front desk and they walked back to the groomers and I was able to make an appointment. Other than trying to make an appointment, the groomer did a nice job on my fogs.

We had an amazing experience with Whitney. We have two elderly Scotties, one of which had been shaved by our old groomer. Whitney was very patient with them (and me). She really worked to understand how we like them trimmed and she did exactly what we wanted. We will definitely continue bringing our Scotties and also our Bernese Mountain Dog who she also did an amazing groom on recently. We love Whitney and so do Dougal, Darcy and Koda!!

Whitney, has groomed my collies for years. She always does a beautiful job. I have a collie who is a rescue that was severely abused. Deathly afraid of all humans. She has managed to gain his trust to the point where he goes with her no problem and easily goes into the kennel. She is fantastic with animals. Whitney also grooms my daughter's collie. My daughter's collie has intimidated other groomers, but Whitney has had no problems with him.

They did such a great job! Our groomer (David) was running just a few minutes late and made sure to text me and let me know. He gave my mini schnoodle the perfect facial hair cut (you’d be surprised how often that doesn’t happen elsewhere) and shaved our timid terrier EXACTLY like we asked. Our dogs were very happy after! We will definitely return.
