Everything went well with the purchase, delivery and setup of the furniture. The only thing that I was shocked at was the delivery charge. What happened to free delivery with the purchase of your furniture.

I came to this furniture shop just to browse through. For my short term rental property to be completed with the construction in 3-4 months. This place surprised me with the sectionals. By far the most diverse and quality inventory of sectionals over other furniture shops. Very impressed. Salespeople were also a big plus. All of them are willing to help if I had any questions. But they were not intrusive at all. They did not force me anything. I am coming back here for my sectionals in 2-3 months.

I had an amazing experience today at Ashley’s furniture Millenia at Orlando Florida location. Our sales person was Ky Boyd. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the piece of furniture we purchased. My husband and I purchased a leather sectional. Ky was quick to provide us with different payment options and answer any questions we had. He made the over all process quick and smooth.! We briefly spoke to Ana and she was sweet and friendly, she speaks both English and Spanish! We also spoke to the store Managers Michael and Tristen they were great too! If your looking to purchase furniture ask for Ky he has been at that location for a few years, you will not regret it!!!

Carlos did a great job. I went in there for a specific mattress and although they didn't have it in stock he went into the system and placed an order for me. Very attentive and very helpful and backed up the merchandise I purchased. It was an easy transition and I was out of there within 10 minutes.

My husband and I came to look at couches on a Friday evening. Jason, our sales associate, greeted us at the door. He asked if we were looking for something in particular, and over time learned the type of couch we were looking for. He knew exactly where they were. He gave us a tape measure when we needed one, and gave us enough space while also checking in periodically. He was friendly without being too pushy, and ran the numbers on everything for us so we could compare our options. We ended up buying a couch, a dining set, and a new coffee table. We scheduled to have them delivered, and all of the staff were friendly and amicable. This store has a ton of couches, bedroom sets, and chairs. They were reasonably priced and had a lot of options that we ended up buying more than we thought we would. They all just got delivered, and everything is very nice quality. We paid to have them put it all together for us too, and while a part was missing they immediately reported it and scheduled

Valentina was so helpful. She was amazing. I highly recommend she helped me pick out the correct action cadenza for my living room. The only problem I have is their computer has no mouse not a biggie, but it will make the life much easier on us. Highly recommend to see Valentina if you’re shopping for furniture.
