As a 15-mile/day peddle assist biker with achy shoulders, I worked with Douglas to find a solution. From beginning to end, Robert found the right handlebars, rebuilt my controls, and made it all happen, keeping the “cool” style of my bike. All for a very reasonable price! Yes, you can forget how work on ebike, regular regular bicycle 🚲. I just showed up and walked in. Man I hope I got this kids name, I think Dillon? He is super smart and understands customers. Exceptional service! He even adjusted the calipers squeeze handle. No charge check out with adjustments. He test road it, apparently I purchased a class 3. Bikes need maintenance as cars do, but they go by hours of vs miles. Man, I'm glad I went in and received the exceptional treatment. Thanks Dillon!

Great experience renting bikes for guests from Europe. Called at 11:15 and by 1pm the same day, Brian and Ben had 5 bikes ready to roll. Super friendly service, guidance on getting to the trails. Just a great afternoon. Would definitely recommend Southwind!
