I just started Yoga and went to Bayley Beach for one of Greg’s classes, it was fantastic! What could be better than the smell of saltwater, a cool breeze and being on the beach in the present moment. Highly recommended!

In Greg's classes you get so much more than asanas and assists. He offers wisdom, inspiration and spiritual guidance at the beginning of each class that. more often than not, are easily applicable to your life. He offers lots of pranayama (breath work) and his classes at Yoga for Everybody have the best music!

I started yoga for the first time 6 months ago. Lucky for me Greg was my first yoga instructor ever. He is smart, funny, compassionate, mindful and cares very much about his students. He also practices Dharsan before every class which sets the tone. Yoga for me has been about accepting life with all of its colors. It’s made such a difference to my life. Thank you Greg, you are amazing, I can’t emphasize enough how much you have done for me
