From strong, sweaty classes to calm, restorative classes, there is something for everyone here. Soma is a beautiful, light filled space run by a trio of hard working women. We are supported by our incredible team of teachers, healers, and our beloved front desk crew. We are a hub where healing happens and friendships are made. We are a refuge from your busy, city life.
