I can't say enough positive things about Nara Brown Long Realty and her team. Nara assisted us with negotiating and purchasing a home before it was listed for sale. Nara was aware of our requirements for buying a home, prioritizing the area and the year built. When we became aware that a home was probably going to go on the market in the area we were focusing on, Nara contacted the out-of-state owners and was able to negotiate the sale before the house went on the market. This ensured that we were able to purchase the home and not lose the sale to a potentially higher bidder. Nara and her team far exceeded our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Tucson Real Estate Market and will always tell you if she thinks a property is priced right and will provide supporting evidence.
