Our company was looking for a new agency and we switched to SMR and it's night and day from the prior agency we worked with. Their onboarding manager Rae, made the first few weeks seamless, was professional, and attentive to our needs. The best part of working with this agency has been the consistent communication we now have with them, whether it's Monday status emails, slack messages, or monthly reports, this team is always updating and communicating us on what's happening with our project and the changes in the industry. Very pleased with our experience with SMR, no plans on changing.
