My ps5 has been overheating for at least 2 years at least. I’ve came to the point I said I needed to get a repaired. Within 1 hour of gameplay I realized my PlayStation wasn’t making a noise getting hot or overheating at all. If you’re having similar problems I would definitely suggest. my system was also Service fast the next day and I was at work and couldn’t make it and he offered to Pick up and deliver.

I was a victim of identity theft. My email was hacked recently and mobile eSim deactivated. (Thankfully I have 2 cellphones because I was very paranoid that something like this would happen). The hacker stole $1500 from my bank, opened 3 credit cards using my info, charged my credit cards/venmo etc. Someone even inserted their name in my Zelle! I was extremely scared! The fraud department suggested that I find an IT person to clean my PC because fraudulent charges kept happening despite being assigned new bank accounts/passwords changed etc. I called 3 Computer repair places and it was ONLY Josh that answered the phone! He immediately dropped everything and came to meet with me to handle the situation. Josh is heaven-sent! He RECOVERED my email, put protection in my PC and taught me other technical stuff. His price was surprisingly affordable and he's worth it!
