Jon and the entire Thrive team were great from beginning to end. We were out of state buyers and Jon was always available when we were in town and wanted to schedule a showing. He was patient and very informative with any questions we asked. Once we found the house we were looking for, Jon and the Thrive team were there for us with up to date emails during the buying process and always available if we had questions. We were first time home buyers and Ashley made the experience incredibly easy and understandable. If we ever had a question she was always there with an answer or a suggestion. Once we moved forward with the process and needed to line up mortgage, home inspection, and other due diligences, she had good recommendations for trusted vendors. Even after we moved in and eventually needed a plumber she once again had suggestions for reputable companies and made it very easy to transition in to our new home.She made the buying an negotiation process very easy and gave me the piece of mind that we were working with someone who was looking out for us, and not just after a commission.The Thrive team was also a big help, as they continued to keep us up to date on what we could expect in this process, and offering any additional assistance we might have needed.
